Pecan Fed Wild Boar
A close friend has been invited to help cull some wild boar on a pecan farm.
He promises to send some to me - I'm hoping for some butt.
Can you imagine how good that must be?

has never had wild boar but the pigs my step dad raised always seemed better than store bought
