A Real Boy Scout

I started to search for an appropriate video for this post. I was looking for the typical cliche 'Boy Scout helps little old lady across the street' video. When I landed on the Google page for that search ... I was stunned. There was NOTHING positive to be found about the Boy Scouts for several pages. What's that say about the above photo?
