How did we wind up with these two losers and will we survive?
From various sources ...
Vice President Joe Biden said Sunday that "everyone guessed wrong" on the impact of the economic stimulus, but he defended the administration's spending designed to combat rising joblessness. Biden said the White House is keenly aware of the gap between the rhetoric used to sell fast passage of the legislation and the reality that has 14.5 million people unemployed. The administration had predicted that the stimulus bill would create or save as many as 3.5 million jobs. "No one realized how bad the economy was. The projections, in fact, turned out to be worse. But we took the mainstream model as to what we thought - and everyone else thought - the unemployment rate would be," Biden said. Those projections came from a report co-written by Biden's chief economist, Jared Bernstein. Last week, Bernstein briefed reporters on the stimulus spending and insisted the report was in line with others' research, but not aligned with reality.
Vice President Biden said Sunday that there are "real doubts" about whether Iran's presidential election was free and fair, but the United States has to "accept" Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as the winner for now. The vice president stressed that monitors and officials do not yet have enough information to gauge whether the results are accurate but said several factors raise serious questions about the credibility of the vote. "We don't have all the details. It sure looks like the way they're suppressing speech, the way they're suppressing crowds, the way in which people are being treated, that there's some real doubt about that," Biden said.
Vice President Joe Biden isn't ruling out his own presidential aspirations. The two-time presidential candidate says the current lineup is the right one, with Biden as President Barack Obama's No. 2. The vice president says he is a close adviser to Obama and is satisfied with his role in the administration.
For instance, Biden says he reacted to Supreme Court nominees as a veteran senator. Now, he gets to help pick them. But he says he still has his eye on the Oval Office. Biden is 66 years old and would be 73 on Election Day in 2016.

Sorry for all the highlighting. Once I started, it became a way for me to express the insanity du jour that is this administration. See hard difficult it is to read all that up there with the highlighting? Trying to understand - or even get a clue about - what these loons are doing on a daily basis is like that for me. I doubt there's a honest word or any evidence of reality left in Washington these days. Best way to describe it is a parallel universe, completely detached from anything remotely of this galaxy. And it isn't getting better - it is deteriorating at an astonishing rate. Joe Biden for President? He'll be lucky to survive his present job ... alive. The ONLY reason he was selected was in case Obama screwed up bad enough that he gets impeached and the powerful need a compliant puppet, if Obama meets with untimely end or in case Obama screws up so bad, the Left will need to git rid of Biden and appoint a new Vice President in the hopes that incumbency will salvage their progressive socialist dreams.
Hell, we all be lucky to survive the next one thousand, two hundred, forty one days and some odd hours.
But who's counting?
But who's counting?

We don't need to wait until 2012. The takeback can begin by next November, and there's plenty of time to get the ball rolling.

Yep.
Most of the nation will be inclined to get rid of the Democrats in Congress next year.
Providing we have elections.
