Merry Christmas
How many times have we heard stories of children surviving the most calamitous events?
A child dug from the rubble. Pulled from the wreckage. Thrown from the building. Saved from the fire. Born in the snow.
Without the trappings of prophecy, Magi or blazing stars, who's to say any of those babies is not 'chosen by God'?
And does that matter? Are we so rigid in our beliefs, that we insist a 'savior' be heralded by angelic chorus?
And would we hear those notes in the cacophony of our existence?
If Jesus was born today, would you know it?
And can we wait for the coming of a 'special' child to bring peace and harmony into this world?
Do you think we'd miraculously know salvation was at hand?
I am a life long atheist.
I have little patience with the concept of 'God' ... or His son.
I do however, see in every child, the salvation of us all.
That to me is Christmas.
We mark this day to honor the birth of one child - we should honor the birth of every child in so doing.
I think Jesus would agree.
Merry Christmas to you all. Kiss those babies and cherish them - they might be God.

It is better to believe in the ANCIENT ASTRONAUT'S
theory than a god.......
