Happy 2009: Lots of things about 08 have been disappointing to me to the point of overshadowing some of the good.
One thing that I always look foreward to with pleasure is logging on to see what you are thinking about; You make me Laugh and Think.
Today I saw a Salvador Dali print of elephants with giraffe leggs and it shure was nice to not be totally ignorant.

May this year find you in good health, physical and mental. So far, the end of '08 has allowed me to indulge in looking at McCain's actions since the election and saying "well, he deserved to lose". I fear that '09 won't allow that luxury, as Obama's agenda takes public form. I'm looking forward to your insights, from you, Steel, and the regulars as well. I have to remind myself that not everything is political, and I wish our country's political choices would would reflect that. A limited government is a good thing. Keep up the good fight.
